Steliana

This is the lowest point of all 4 sides and everyone's debris, sand, rocks, pieces of blackout settles here after rain. There's piles of sand on top of the sewers which don't allow the water to drain and cause flooding. This area is either never swept or not noticeable. Please clean this so that it looks like the rest of the street. People use it as a dumping ground at times because of the look of it with the piles of debris. This area needs constant attention. The way the sewers were put in butchered the whole street. There's no rhyme or reason to the placement. One is back, one is forward. Terrible. This street has been neglected for many years. People have a hard time walking through here.
