AT&T underground cable utility box # 931 access door is off the hinges and lying on the ground. Poses a real safety hazard where there are children walking around that may be curious enough to touch the exposed cables in the utility box. Door needs to be repair/replaced, reinstalled and secured from anyone trying to get illegal access.

Sidewalk is lifted so high you can see under it. A serious trip hazard for any children running or riding a bicycle. May also cause an elderly person walking their pet to trip and fall especially in the evening. Easy law suit against the city if not replaced and someone gets hurt.

Now it’s time to replace the sidewalk before someone gets seriously hurt and could possibly sue the city for the hazardous sidewalk.
