Glad to see that no one in the city government of Pembroke Pines has even made an attempt to get this issue fixed. It's been a year now and now the sidewalk has risen even higher. I guess they'll handle it when someone gets seriously hurt and sues the city for something that was made aware to them a year ago.
More and more of these trip hazards are appearing on city property. Home owners do not have the ability to repair these areas, where the city let the developers get by without root barriers, back when!

I wonder how many more of these issues has been closed with no resolutions because they don't care to fix them. It's easier to ignore and not respond. That's ok copies of this request has been saved.
Its the City that is supposed to repair them on public streets. They used too than went private and did away with Public Workes and you see how thats working..Wish tgey went back to City Departments
Thank you Mr. Denton for acknowledging the issue in our community here at Chaple Lakes Estate. I walk around in our community every evening exercising and I see there are many more sidewalks that have risen so hi you could almost hit you shin. I only hope that the city repairs or replaces these problem areas. I've seen small children riding bicycles go around those lifted sidewalks by riding out into the street which is very dangerous for them. Please help prevent that from happening.
Shawn, it is not repaired! 26 days ago you said repairs were going to start in Chapel Trail, but I get nothing, and now you closed it. I guess I will have to go find more of them to show how much the city is not doing.....
