    No parking sign previously at 20st and Marshall has been taken down resulting in cars parking further and further up the north side of Marshall closer to 21st. Lanes are now narrow and it is hard to pass.

    GRTC "21st & Marshall" bus stop on the west side of the street, close to Duke's, needs a trash can. This is a double bench stop with lots of commuters. Coffee cups, beer cans, fast food bags. It's always a mess.
