I have attempted numerous times to get my water meter replaced with no success and that's even after I talked directly with the Severn Trent employee who came out and told me to ask you to replace my water meter. The issue is we have unacceptably low pressure/flow to the point we get nothing out of a faucet etc when our neighbors water their lawn. However, even when they are not watering their lawn, our sprinkler system does not have enough water flow/pressure to activate the spigots. I've had 2 different sprinkler repair companies out here and they both said (after numerous repairs) that's it's the water meter. PLEASE replace my water meter. Please conduct a FLOW test and not a pressure test. They are different.

I have had a request for this in since July and nothing has been done.

Please accomplish a gallons per minute flow test and replace meter if necessary.

The lights on Will Clayton running both east and west seem to be on a timer only. This happens 24 hours a day at these lights. They will turn for no reason with no crossing traffic and affect all lanes.
