When traffic light is off the flow of traffic is good when it works people back up and takes very long to get on freeway. I would remove that light since I see no purpose.

Incoming traffic always drive above speed limit and cars trying to pass risk being hit unless they cross the street as fast as possible.

There are deep potholes on the entire side of the road and on this section of the street that needs fixing asap.

There is a section that the road is not flat and I have seen cars pass at the speed limit and the road has a cone shape where you pass and the rear of the car hops of the road and inch or two. This needs to be fixed since cars who drive above speed limit are in risk of losing control of car once the rear end lifts from the road. The damage is where two different type of surfaces meet.
