    There is a section that the road is not flat and I have seen cars pass at the speed limit and the road has a cone shape where you pass and the rear of the car hops of the road and inch or two. This needs to be fixed since cars who drive above speed limit are in risk of losing control of car once the rear end lifts from the road. The damage is where two different type of surfaces meet.
