To Whom It May Concern,
There is a tree that sits between the road and the sidewalk between my lot and my neighbor's lot (1517 and 1515 Nottoway Ave.). It is dying and we'd like to request a tree removal before the branches (and eventually the tree) fall on our cars and houses. I reported this issue previously - on 9/11/2013. Another tree in the same vicinity was taken down, and the case was closed on 3/15/2014. Please remove the correct tree!
