Large amounts of graffitti tagging is going on along the Matthew Henson trails as it goes under Connecticut Avenue. All the pilings gang gang graffiti on them, as well as all over the concrete abutement that is on the east side of the underpass. Can any of this be painted over? It's getting worse and worse and nothing is being done. It used to be painted over but has not been touched in 1-2 years at least.
