This Great Wall on 30th off San Pablo is still a full on graffiti gallery which is why I am not 'Closing' this issue -- if OPW did paint over this wall, we can't tell the difference~! It's still a disgusting assault of spray painted nonsense in our faces day after day after day... looks like a ghetto no matter how we/residents and hard working people attend to and keep up our own properties, we still have to suffer this insulting pointless gibberish not worthy of being called "graffiti" at the corner of our street every day . . .

does the city pay for murals? maybe this would be a good solution.

I think OPW came and crossed out some of the graffiti with gray paint - This is what you call "cleaned up" ... ?
