Ive seen these. "People" carrying backpacks looking like they are completley STRUNG OUT. actually HOLDING CARDBOARD signs asking for money for his pregnant girlfriend.I give money to the elderly gentleman off the trumbull st exit, but NEVER THESE DEGENERATES taking advantage of our goodwill, they are CLEARLY using drugs and this is where our.money is going. I dont think so. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE YOUNG ADDICTS MONEY, if we dont they will be forced to stay clean and maybe then they can get a job and stop living under a bridge. Im.not heartless, just see that these young people are clearly using drugs, and i will not support anyones drug habit, being an addict myself and sober for two years. I saw these people over by the new gateway and knights if columbus downtown, new haven. So i know there are a few and they are all within blocks of each other so this is a SCAM....
