I've called the City to advise them of this eye sore 3 times in as many weeks. This is also a health issue. Between the garbage and dog feces the rats and rodents have found a real smorgasbord. As another concerned neighbor I suggest placing a phone call to councilman Randy Carter @ 248-758-3014. I'm going to contact the homeowner to advise him of this unacceptable behaviors and actions of his renters....Disgusted!

I did get an email from Randy Carter shortly after I posted this stating they were given a notice. It seems they've done a little clean up but not very much.

Good afternoon all: Today I've have heard from the residents at 3rd and Ivy. They informed me they are having the trash removed and pickup tomorrow. They also informed me the animals in question are licensed, vaccinated and care for. Seeking closure on this tomorrow.

This yard is far from cleaned up. While they have made a small effort to clean this mess up it is far from rectified. The councilman needs to make a follow up visit to remind them of the city ordinance and the ramifications for non-compliance.

The yard it way better than it was. They still have some garbage but at least it's contained and not lined up along the side walk
