Description

Tent going up at 28th and Mandela with associated garbage , drug paraphernalia and illegal fire pit. Residents of Oakland, stand up for your public property and don't let another tent encampment come in and lower property values of honest hardworking taxpayers. Remove this immediately so my children have a place to play with their dogs without fear. ,
