Description
Some time ago (>1 yr?) a property owner's (Scott Daly?) tree fell onto and dented the city guard rail on the north side of Innis Arden Way by Boeing Creek. Not only is this unsightly, but it probably compromises the impact-absorbing performance of the guard rail, is a potential safety hazard and liability issue for the City of Shoreline. Please see that the tree is removed, the guard rail repaired and that those responsible are billed.

This issue has been referred to our Street Maintenance and Parks Maintenance Departments. I have asked for an update and will post once it is received.
