Today is March 22nd. Spring cleaning? Seriously, when I moved to Hartford, I was amazed at the willingness of the Sanitation dept to pick up so much bulky waste. After 8 years, I think that it would be better if bulky waste was removed let's say 1x a month. 1st week of the month? I chose that week because it would allow people who were moving to put the waste out and have it picked up in a timely manner. Sending DPW Sanitation crews out to pick up one offs is a strain on its resources.
