three very large potholes are on Hatcher Street just as it leaves Williamsburg Ave./Road going South. The vehicles heading North on Hatcher Street are cutting into the left lane of traffic to avoid hitting these large holes making for dangerous conditions. This need priority to prevent a head on collision in time.
