Deep ruts in back alley make it impassable. The ruts are probably about a foot deep. It is great that the roads in this area have been plowed, but the back alleys should have been done too.

this city charges the highest taxes in the province and does the worst job and blames the citizens...
i got stuck in those ruts with my truck thes afternoon...
almost could not get out with 4x4
love this city ant their priorities
