Apologizes if this is a duplicate issue. I tried following up and the application would not let me reopen the case. Here is a photo of the area on the side of the Beachmont School where the children play I was speaking about. The panel appears to push in when pressure is applied. Also there is a good gap around the junction where air escapes. In my humble opinion this needs to be repaired for security reasons and/or if a child puts their hand into the open area it could be a matter of liability for the city at large. Thank you.
