Thank you very much for your efforts to address this. However, with all due respect, the job is not done... While we do appreciate that there was some asphalt poured into the gap, there is still more work that needs to be done to level it and finish it off. I'm not sure who's responsibility this is, but the current state is still not acceptable condition for a city sidewalk.

Okay, but how do you get the homeowner to fix? Isn't it the city's responsibility to ensure safe sidewalks?

I understand it’s the homeowners job to fix. But they haven’t fixed it for over a year. So how do you make them fix it?
