This traffic light makes almost no sense for traffic flow. Can you please program it for traffic demand instead of just a random sequence? I spent 5 minutes waiting on a left turn after it skipped over me and went through 2 cycles. All the other intersection traffic lights along heritage in this area make sense. This one looks like it was programmed using a randomizer. Please fix. Thank you.
