77 Ave 96 and 96 A Streets are rutted so badly that it is getting impossible to drive. The road is becoming a vehicle hazard for anyone in a small or mid size car and is becoming a risk at damaging parts of the vehicle like the oil pan and under carriage even when crawling down the street. It is probably in the worst condition it has been in (as far as a hazard to vehicles) all winter.
