The light on Fienemann Rd. where you are waiting to turn left onto 84W should be changed. Currently, unless you have a green arrow you can't turn because it then turns to red when oncoming traffic has a green light. I think the arrow signal should stay, but I feel that when oncoming traffic gets a green light the arrow light should not display anything and should allow you to judge your own turn based on traffic flow. There is plenty of clearance space so you can judge the turn based on traffic conditions.
