Part of this property is owned by Vernon Pines Apartments that has been in constant foreclosure and had only the bare essentials of repairs done for about 3 years. I know this because I live here and have had squirrels in my walls and crawl space attic for about the same amount of time. Although the Wild Life Control guy from West Hartford has been out here several times, he can never seem to find any holes either. Good luck with this one.

Yes Chuck the property is owned by the bank although I believe it has been recently sold. The receiver for the property however is C.R. Realy Management out of West Hartford and does only what is absolutely needed to the property because he doesn't care. When you call, you always get the answering service and the checks are either mailed or put in the slot of the office door (which nobody ever uses) and picked up by the maintenance man or the once or twice a month visit by the Person in charge for the above management. This use to be a nice place. Moved recently after 7 years. Hopefully the new owner will take over soon and someone will care about the property again.
