Yes, this vehicle is parked on the street. Has not moved for several weeks. Black Honda with VA tags.

The Raleigh Police Department has responded. The reported abandoned vehicle in this matter has been investigated by Officers from the Downtown District. The vehicle is associated with a property owner in the area and Officers have communicated with this resident. It appears the vehicle is being moved and is not abandoned at this time. Officers will continue to monitor this location to address any future issues.
