Good morning...sorry to be a bother but we live on pinnacle crossing and our parking is back alley accessed. The ruts in the back are 12 inches deep and majority of the people that live here cannot park in the back as we can't make it through the ruts. Our street is down to one lane driving and it's very tight at that. I actually had to reverse down the street on Sunday as I couldn't drive through in my jeep. I was wondering if it was possible to get our alley cleaned out when there is some time. Thank you very much
