City Engineer ha assegnato questo problema a Newnan Beautification Department

There is a HUGE problem with 151 Village Park Dr.,Newnan. The property is in total disrepair.The garbage can stays ON THE STREET 24/7 ALL WEEK LONG.The property is overgrown with weeds,nothing has been trimmed or maintained.They have run over three mailboxes to date,with the various homeowner's footing the bill to get a new mailbox,post and installation
The torn up basketball goal is never used ans is a big eyesore.This neighborhood has "cc and r's"I have continually complained .to the VWCV HOA. "Citations" were given several weeks ago.NOTHING has changed....the property continues to drag our property values down.These people are stealing from us.
I will forward a copy of this letter to VWCV HOA.I pay the same amount of HOA dues as these people across the street.Pretty sure not one penny in "dues" have been paid by the various residents of 151 Village Park Dr.There is NOTHING right about this situation

The empty LOT next to 154 Village Park Dr.Newnan has become a public DUMP.It stays overgrown,lawn people are dumping their discards there.Now,people are dumping their personal trash here.Thee are full grown junk pine trees all over the lot and up the hill.It is a disgrace.
This is bringing down the property values of this neighborhood.More specifically MY property values.If something is not done in the next few days,I intend to take this issue farther,It has been a six plus year fight with this issue.
