This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Utilities Mgmt Team (20020933564) so that proper inspection and handling for this possible cave in hole can take place accordingly. The City will wait till it has grown over the next several months, wait till about 20 cars have blown out tires on it, and a school bus falls into it... then when 12 on your side shows up to report it, the city will desperately dispatch a crew to make a save of face move.

Mgmt Team noted that the site was investigated and sent to the Department of Utilities for a hole developing in a underground pipe causing the road failure.
