Location marker set to very rear of the alley way where illegal dumping occurs. Please drive to the end of alley. Broken concrete slabs, trash bags, tire, wood pieces, can/bottles. I'm not sure if the city can take care of all the out of control vines that are out there too, but that would be great. Please advise what I can do to prevent these people from dumping here. Can a street camera be installed from the City to monitor illegal activity?
