This new neighbors moved from the Bronx, NY to this property on 717 Forest Street 1st and 2nd Floors. Since they moved next door this quiet part of the block became a nightmare, we DO NOT know what to do anymore, they play this extremely loud music all day until late hours of night. Right now it is winter, the windows are closed and we can't even have a conversation inside the house without yelling because of the loud hispanic music blasting from their place, can you imagine when it's spring time and the windows are open ?
I work really early and go to bed really early at night too and it has been impossible to sleep..
They have NO consideration for anybody, the sound coming from their place is extremely loud and inconvenient. Can the town please let them know that they CAN NOT play loud music like that ?
We are afraid of calling the police on them because they are very rude ppl and this could result in retaliation from their part.
Please address this issue with the new owner and tenants .
Also very important, if any action is taken I would like to remain completely anonymous, I really do not want them to know which neighbor made the complaint in fear of retaliation.
