  There is an illegal business being run out of 898 S Highland. They have no permit of any kind. At times there must be at least 30 to 40 people in the building. I would think that would be a problem for the Fire Department. They opend last night (May 11) at 10:00 PM and were there playing loud music till 4:30 AM, the 12th of May. We have called CODE, we have called the POLICE and we have contacted yawl. We are getting the runaround! Seems like the buck is being passed that none of yawl cant take care of this issue! Please tell me who to contact that will resolve this issue.

  This establisment is still operating illegally. It is a nussiance for the neighborhood where it is located. There has been more gun fire and the Police called numerous times. The are running a bar type place with lots of folks there. I would think there would be some kind of Capicity Limit and also some kind of Fire Requirments. I know from Code that they requested a permit for a clothing store only but have not requested a final inspection, that has been over a year ago! Thanks!

  Another round last night of big volume of cars and people at this location that is operating illegally. They are a nussiance to the neighborhood!

  Outrageous that people can come into an area an open doors with out a licensce, with out any permits, with out any inspections, and no occupancy requirments. What is going on with this city?

  Another round Saturday night the 12th. Racing in the street followed by approximately100 shots fired, windows shot out and an injury! Police showed up, cirme scene tape sturng, ambulance called.
