Roads along 103ave, 86st and 102A ave are disgusting. There are no sidewalks to walk on and no attempts to clear them by residents (it's not their fault the city dumped snow on the sidewalks). Where sidewalks exist cars are parked on them because roads are in such bad shape. Roads are in awful shape for cars with the ice ruts. You have kids walking down the middle of the street, dodging traffic, to get to their school buses. This is NOT a safe situation.
