Deskripsyon

This home has been abandoned for several years now, it has been on fire once, large tree which is causing all yards to fill with leaves during the summer and fall season which has cause clogged sewer line and the tree is lifting yards concretes. Home owner concerned that the roots will end up on the basement walls.

As of 5/14/14 the issue still persist, the concrete is lifting up more due to the roots of the tree.

Issue has not been resolved as of 6/13/14 and no contact of where the investigation stands.

Property of 2719 N Mascher is abandoned and it is bringing loads of rodents and rats in neighbors properties, tree leaves are clogging gutters, tree roots has damaged the concrete flooring of the property behind it and owner of that property is currently making repairs own their own expense, which is costing thousands. Please see picture attached. Thank you,
