This house is one of thrst violators when it comes to trash in the neighborhood. This picture was taken the morning after the regular trash pickup (Wednesday 3/12). If you look at the front of the house this mess is on the right hand side. They have stolen real estate signs on the ground, broken glass all over the ground, all sorts of trash not in garbage bags, and only one garbage can. This is supposed to be in trash containers, not in bags and on the ground. Their trash then gets blown around by the wind and the neighboring houses then have trash all over their grounds. I have personally seen this house posted by DGS numerous times for the same thing. The landlord simply put up a half fence to get around the city's rules about viewing trash. What about viewing it from the porch next door, or worse, smelling it in warm weather. This picture was taken right before the snow. Thank you.
