Description
The left turn signal from Upper Hembree into Harry's is now much long than it used to be before the paving, etc. The turn signal is now 30+ seconds long and there are rarely more than three cars waiting to turn into Harry's. Thus it makes the light very long for everyone else. Could someone please look into shortening this left turn signal or (even better) making it only trip when someone is actually in the lane as it was in the past?

Our Traffic Engineers will inspect the location to ensure that the timing of the subject signal remains consistent with the traffic management strategy.
The signals at the subject location were adjusted after paving was complete to be consistent with the traffic management strategy for that area. Such strtategies consider demands at a given intersection but also consider how the flow of traffic along a given road corridor needs to operate to maximize the carrying capacity of our road network.
