This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Traffic Sign Mgmt Team (20020933550) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Because of a longer amount of time that may be involved with this type request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000 also.

Mgmt team notes that both ends of Bathgate Road at Birdwood Road street name blades are in place. The Sign Shop crew replace blades back on existing 2” pipe March 17th, 2014. This request has been investigated and completed (CRS#20020933550).
