I believe that the road in question is Fletcher Blvd, not Fletcher Bay Road.
At the cul de sac at the north end of Springridge (the paved portion), potholes form regularly form between Bay St. and Springridge. Heading SE, potholes on the right side, just before Bay St., have been repaired. However, at Springridge, near the storm drain, I need to drive very slowly to avoid bottoming my car when turning on to Fletcher.
