Well the main issue about entering pothole info for Sandy Forks Rd is that those repairs are quite possibly the root of the problem in as its been repaired so much without being resurfaced that any thing *but* a resurface will be the only thing to fix it. There is one stretch wherein you travel 40' and never touch the original road surface as youre riding on repair work...
A possible widening and some sidewalks for the countless number of children and apartment dwellers who have beaten paths into the sod on both sides of the road would be a nice thing also.

Sandy Forks Road is in the process of being redesigned and reconstructed. The City accepted this substandard road a couple of decades ago and it has continued to deteriorate ever since. The substructure of SFR is so poor that it will need to be completely dug up. The money for the redesign was allocated by Council in 2012 and the funds for reconstruction were included in last year's transportation bond. Design will be completed this year and construction should also start this year. Projected completion date is 2016, but I expect that it can be done by 2015.

I may ask Public Works to put up a sign on SFR. Although the process to fix Sandy is well underway, few folks seem to know about it.

Public Works Department has provided the following information. Sandy Forks Road has been approved and scheduled for redesign/reconstruction which will include resurfacing. The scheduled completion date is 2016. In the meantime we will continue to repair potholes as needed.
