Sec. 14-112. - Fence requirements.
(6) All fences, both existing and new, and all parts thereof, shall be maintained in a safe and structurally sound condition, and in a manner that presents an orderly appearance. Fences shall be free from loose or rotting materials and shall have braces and supports attached or fastened in accordance with common building practices.

Sec. 38-3. - Enumerated.
The maintaining, using, placing, depositing, leaving or permitting to be or remain on any public or private property of any of the following items, conditions or actions are declared to be and constitute a nuisance; however, this enumeration shall not be deemed or construed to be conclusive, limiting or restrictive:
