  CCI21142 WILL BE closed. Housing complaint CT210463 has been initiated in it's place. (This is not a construction complaint). Housing Inspectors will inspect. With an overcrowding complaint, the inspector will have to see documentation that the owner is renting to over 4 unrelated people.

  The Lincoln Zoning Law restricts the occupancy of any single family residence to a family and up to two unrelated individuals. If none of the occupants is related, this restricts the total number to three individuals. https://app.lincoln.ne.gov/city/build/faq.htm
