There are now two parking lots on St. Mary's Drive, which is essentially a one-lane driveway. In the mornings and evenings (especially) when the Adult Daycare is opening/closing the traffic stops on 866 to accommodate cars on the lane. There are also now preschool and elementary children on both sides of the road here, and manu off-road vehicles access the old quarry by St. Mary's Drive. Perhaps a slower speed is the cheapest solution?
