Thank you for submitting your tree concern to the Howard County Department of Public Works. Our staff will investigate this issue and respond.

The oak tree sitting behind the county street tree is on private property. However the county does maintain limbs hanging over into the airspace of the county right of way. I will check on the next trim cycle for this area. Generally it’s about every 10 years. I will update in the comments section.

It looks like the last time that area was trimmed back in 2015. We are currently on a 10 year routine trimming schedule.
