The timing of the left turn arrow onto SB 320 from WB 3 is too fast. Usually 3 cars can make the turn. 4 cars can make it if they moved quickly. Drivers end up making a left turn onto Alameda Rd then turn right onto Franklin Ave to SB 320 to avoid waiting at the WB 3 intersection.
