We still have a pothole growing at the bottom of our driveway.

A work order is in place for this area.

I reported the pothole at the bottom of my driveway more than two months ago. When will someone come by to fill it? There are potholes all over my neighborhood, but no one is repairing them. Please come take care of it.

A prioritized work order is in place for repair of this issue. This work will performed shortly however this location is not a high priority as it does not present immediate and unavoidable issue.

This non-resolution is unacceptable. I acknowledge that the problem does not present an immediate and unavoidable issue to the whole of Dunwoody, but I can assure you that my family has to avoid it daily. The issue was brought to your attention on 4/11/2014. That is 98 days ago--a very reasonable amount of time in which to address and resolve the problem.
