P. Describe the amount of debris: (one, several, too many to count)
R. The storm drain on the corner is covered by snow and ice, and we can't find it to clear it. As a result, there's a VERY large and growing puddle, a foot deep in places at the bottom of the hill on the corner of 47th St and 18th Ave S. A danger for cars coming down the hill in the dark. We could try and cut the ice away on our own if we could get help locating the storm drain(s). Thanks.
