The Public Works Department has responded. We conducted an inspection on the St Augustine’s project last week which is the one outlined below. A Not In Compliance Report was issued regarding the off-site sediment (among other things). An inspector checked the progress yesterday and work has commenced to include repairing the silt fence/silt fence outlet and removal of sediment from outside the project limits. We will be conducting a formal follow-up inspection later this week to ensure all corrective actions have been resolved. We will continue to conduct routine inspections on this site through/until the completion of this project.
