Not having a left turn arrow from Summerhill to Railroad Canyon is causing major delays and backup. People see a solid green and expect to wait for the oncoming traffic. Yet, they have a red. Please put the arrow back to relieve the backup and confusion.

One of these days, somebody will lose their mind and will do more than just continuously honking a horn at the morons who got stuck in the intersection blocking their lane.
