A. there are specific rules and regulations we are to follow to be a civil society, ones that involve public safety and protection of property. so when an accident occurs, the city could be held liable when someone gets hurt due to the negligence of those who have ONE SINGLE JOB. whether that's double parking (glorious central ave), too close to a hydrant, blocking alleys and driveways, and yes, being too close to an intersection.
