Description

The traffic light at the intersection of Mountain Blvd and Redwood Rd is not using the sensor for traffic. The green light for turning from Mountain Blvd onto Redwood Road is on a 30 second cycle even if there is no traffic coming that way. Traffic on Redwood Road Up and Down have to stop for 30 seconds even if there is no traffic crossing their path. Can this be set back to the old way where if there is no traffic on Mountain the light won't change to stop traffic on Redwood Road.
