One-time visitors create obstacles to traffic, in the face of obvious and multiple warnings about the illegality of the left-hand turn onto Lombard from Hyde. Clearly not fazed by the fact the turn is illegal, perhaps warnings that raise the bar to "Left Turn on Lombard: 2 points and $271 Fine. Camera Enforced" might stem some of the tide of tourists dangerously blocking uphill traffic on Hyde (and the cable car) simply because it suits them. Who cares if there's a camera or not - the deterrent should be enough for one-time visitors to finally think twice about breaking the law.
