Description

This area in the alley next to Halcyon serves as a trash area for 6 to 8 buildings including residences and businesses. The accumulation of debris has created large mounds of dirt that make it impossible to organize the super cans in a way that residents can use their garages easily. It would be great if this alley could be cleaned of debris and bulk trash.
